Pre-Ballet Summer Camps

Ballet Art & Craft Camps at Minnesota Ballet School are a magical experience for children of all interests, whether your little one is naturally artistic or just loves to move and play. Campers will enjoy:

• Learning dances – gentle, age-appropriate ballet routines designed to build confidence, coordination, and a love for dance.
• Creative arts & crafts projects – children will make fun items such as magic wands, fairy wings, crowns, and miniature tutus. These creations will be incorporated into their dances, making each performance uniquely theirs.
• Mini performance for parents – on the last day of camp, children will proudly showcase what they’ve learned in a charming mini recital for family and friends.
   

Dress Code:

• Girls: Pink tights, pink leotard, pink ballet shoes.
• Boys: White T-shirt, black tights, white socks, and white or black ballet shoes.
   

Every day is filled with imagination, creativity, and movement – a perfect introduction to the joy of ballet and arts & crafts!

Step into the magic of the Nutcracker! In Mini Nutcracker Ballet Camp, children will:

• Learn ballet dances inspired by the Nutcracker story, introducing them to classical ballet in a playful way.
• Create festive crafts, including tutus, wands, crowns, and wings to incorporate into their dances.
• Play Nutcracker-themed games to spark imagination and joy.
• Perform for family and friends in a mini recital on the last day, showing off their newly learned skills.
