Ballet Classes with Vaganova Ballet Academy Graduate

This class is good for both body and mind.
Besides promoting cardiovascular fitness and posture this introductory class provides a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Class is designed for people with little or no prior experience and want to learn Ballet from scratch.
With detailed explanation students will learn the basic positions and concepts of Classical Ballet with exercises at the barre and in the center.
Saturday 8:45 – 9:45am

Ballet Adult Dress Code:
There is no specific dress code; comfortable clothing and ballet shoes are recommended for adult participants.
Class structured for students who have little prior ballet experience, and will exercise basic ballet and vocabulary, alignment and posture. Throughout this class, students will focus on building balance, strength, coordination and poise.

Created for any dancer with a basic understanding of ballet technique. This class covers the fundamentals of Ballet technique using simple combinations that allow students to focus on perfecting their skills, musicality, and movement.

Experience the grace and elegance of ballet with our Pointe Class designed specifically for adults. In this 30-minute session, you'll learn the fundamentals of pointe work, focusing on technique, strength, and balance. Whether you're a beginner or have previous experience, our experienced instructors will guide you through exercises tailored to your skill level.

Class features a dynamic exercise at the barre, followed by a comprehensive fulfillment of various short combinations at the center floor with no jumps.
