ADULT BALLET INTRODUCTORY
This class is good for both body and mind.
Besides promoting cardiovascular fitness and posture this introductory class provides a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Class is designed for people with little or no prior experience and want to learn Ballet from scratch.
With detailed explanation students will learn the basic positions and concepts of Classical Ballet with exercises at the barre and in the center.

ADULT BALLET BEGINNERS
Class structured for students who have little prior ballet experience, and will exercise basic ballet and vocabulary, alignment and posture. Throughout this class, students will focus on building balance, strength, coordination and poise.

Created for any dancer with a basic understanding of ballet technique. This class covers the fundamentals of Ballet technique using simple combinations that allow students to focus on perfecting their skills, musicality, and movement.

ADULT BALLET POINTE
Experience the grace and elegance of ballet with our Pointe Class designed specifically for adults. In this 30-minute session, you'll learn the fundamentals of pointe work, focusing on technique, strength, and balance. Whether you're a beginner or have previous experience, our experienced instructors will guide you through exercises tailored to your skill level.
Monday and Wednesday 8:00 – 8:30pm
- December 1-17 / 2 classes ( NO class 8, 10, 22, 24, 29, 31)
- January 12-28 / 2 Mon and 3 Wed ( NO class 19)

This class is only open to students who attend the preceding ballet technique class. Pointe work requires proper warm-up and strength building to ensure safety and progress.

ADULT INTENSIVE BALLET for all levels
Class features a dynamic exercise at the barre, followed by a comprehensive fulfillment of various short combinations at the center floor with no jumps.

Adult Performance Ballet
Spring Gala Project 2026
This brand-new performance class is designed for adults who want more than just a weekly ballet class —
it’s for those who want to train, rehearse, and perform on stage.
Over 14 weeks, dancers will work on technique, artistry, musicality, and choreography, culminating in a live performance at the Minnesota Ballet School Spring Gala.
This is a supportive, inspiring environment where adults can challenge themselves, grow as artists, and experience the excitement of performing in a professional theater setting.
Program Details
- Schedule: Saturdays, 9:00–9:45 AM (NO CLASSES 04.04.2026)
- Dates: January 10 – May 2, 2026
- Performance: Spring Gala — May 9, 2026
- Level: Open to adult dancers with basic ballet experience
