The Minnesota Ballet School is situated in a convenient and high-demand area on the North-West side of HW 5 and Mitchel Road. Our ballet studio rental features floating Marley floors, mirrors, barres, CD players, and auxiliary inputs for iPods in all studios.

For those considering a dance studio rental, our lobby is available for $15 per hour if the studio is rented for 3 hours or less, and $10 per hour for 4 or more hours. (This fee includes utilities.)

Additionally, a full floor rental, which includes the lobby and all three studios, is available for $120 per hour.
