The pre-ballet program is designed for young children starting their ballet journey. In pre-ballet classes, children participate in a variety of activities and exercises that promote coordination, balance, spatial awareness, and creativity. These activities include stretching exercises, floor exercises and basic jumps that help develop motor skills and musicality.

For students ages eight and over, this year-round program is designed to take a serious and focused approach to ballet instruction that includes performance and competition opportunities. Based on the Vaganova Method, which is known for its precision and emphasis on technique, students gain a solid foundation in classical ballet that can prepare them for a professional career.

This popular class provides a comfortable atmosphere with a participating parent(mom/dad), where the child can begin to express their individual movement and musical abilities.
Students are introduced to a class structure, age-appropriate stretches, coordination exercises, and rhythm through a safe and special experience with mommy. Added benefits for mom are increased flexibility, balance, and dance appreciation. The class also includes a movement story that encourages young children to explore, experiment, and create through creative dance.

This 45-minute class is perfect for young dancers looking to continue their training through the summer in a fun and engaging environment. Designed to develop large motor skills, the class introduces basic dance steps such as skipping, chassés, and pony steps. Students will also work on rhythm, timing, and coordination through structured movement activities. Classes are held once per week, with two convenient schedule options.

In this class, students continue to build on foundational dance skills while developing large motor coordination. The curriculum includes skipping, chassés, and stretching, with a growing emphasis on leg and arm positions, coordination, and listening skills.

In this class barre and center work is introduced, age appropriate stretches, basic leg and arm positions are still a focus of this class. Working on improving balance, hopping, skipping, jumping, and galloping.

Tuesday | 5:30-6:30pm

Each class includes a 1.5-hour ballet technique class followed by 30 minutes of pointe or pre-pointe work. Dancers continue to develop strength, balance, flexibility, coordination, and proper placement while reinforcing classical ballet fundamentals and terminology. This summer format helps students maintain technique, build endurance, and stay in shape while progressing confidently in their ballet training.

This class is an exploration of movement where classical ballet meets contemporary expression. Rooted in technique, it encourages dancers to move beyond traditional boundaries and discover their unique artistic voice. Dancers will work on fluidity, breath, musicality, and connection to the floor, while also developing strength, control, and coordination. Through improvisation and expressive combinations, students learn to communicate emotion through movement, building both technical skill and creative confidence.

Aerial Ballet is a unique program that combines the elegance of classical ballet with the strength and artistry of aerial silks. Using long suspended fabrics, dancers learn to move fluidly between the floor and the air, developing control, balance, and expressive movement in a completely new dimension.
This class strengthens the core, improves flexibility, and enhances overall body awareness. Students explore classical lines, extensions, and transitions while learning foundational aerial skills such as climbs, wraps, and supported poses on the silks.
Aerial Ballet is ideal for dancers who want to expand their training, challenge themselves physically, and grow artistically in a dynamic and inspiring environment. No prior aerial experience is required—just curiosity, focus, and a willingness to try something new.
