Minnesota Ballet Theatre & School will hold a Final Summer Intensive Placement Audition on Sunday, May 17, 11:30 AM–1:00 PM.
This is the last in-person audition opportunity for our Summer Intensive 2026 program.
Due to high interest and a previous weather-related cancellation, we are offering one final placement audition for remaining spots across all levels.
A focused Summer Intensive in ballet, contemporary, and more, led by experienced instructors. Dancers will refine technique, improve artistry, and grow in a supportive, personalized environment.
Perfect for building skills, gaining confidence, and deepening your training.
A joyful summer camp for ages 4–7 featuring ballet, creative movement, music, storytelling, and arts & crafts. Each day inspires imagination, builds confidence, and introduces ballet fundamentals in a playful, age-appropriate way.

We are excited to welcome Meelis Pakri — YAGP Judge & Harid Conservatory Faculty — teaching classical ballet technique.
This intensive training experience is designed for dancers who want to strengthen technique, refine artistry, and elevate performance quality in both classical and contemporary styles.
Take your training to the next level in a focused and supportive environment.
This camp is designed for dancers ages 5–8 who are interested in exploring competition-style training. No prior competition experience is required.
Faculty will provide guidance and observe dancers in a supportive environment to help families understand readiness for future performance or competition opportunities.
A focused camp preparing dancers for Nutcracker auditions through classical technique, artistry, and Nutcracker-specific choreography.
Dancers will refine existing repertoire and learn new material to build confidence, style, and performance quality.
Each year, students have an opportunity to participate in Minnesota Ballet Theatre’s performances such as The Nutcracker, Halloween Adventure, Carnival of the Animals and Peter & the Wolf. These opportunities create a great way for the young dancers to excel and discover the wonderful world of theatre.
