We would love for you to join us for the group shots! Your presence ensures you’re included in the Nutcracker small and big group pictures, capturing these special moments together. Please make sure to attend!

• Pre-Ballet & Ballet 1: Dancers should wear their Spring Gala costumes for both group and individual pictures.
• Ballet 2-6: 
• Group Pictures: Dancers should wear their class attire.
• Individual Pictures: Dancers may wear class attire or rent a Spring Gala costume for a small fee of $15.
• All dancers: Should arrive with hair and makeup fully done, wearing tights and appropriate shoes.

Long hair should be tightly pulled back into a bun, with no loose strands. We recommend using gel and hairspray for a clean, polished look.

Light makeup is encouraged to enhance features on camera. Consider using a bit of blush, mascara, etc.

Due to limited space, only parents of the current time slot are permitted in the lobby. Please note, only dancers and staff will be allowed in the photography area. This helps us keep the schedule moving smoothly, creating a calm environment for everyone.

Pre-Ballet & Ballet 1 Level: Full Costume , shoes & hair.

Ballet 2-6: Class attire and nude leotard.

Please make sure your hair is tightly pulled back into a bun if it's long enough, with no hair falling onto the face. Gel and hairspray are recommended for a neat look. If your dancer's costume includes hairpiece accessories, please incorporate them accordingly.

We highly recommend light makeup to enhance their appearance on camera! Consider using blush, mascara, etc. However, makeup is optional, and the choice is entirely up to you.

We kindly request that only parents of each level's designated time slot wait in the lobby due to limited space. Only dancers and staff should enter the photography area. It can be challenging to photograph groups of young people in limited time, as some may feel shy or anxious while others may become rowdy. Additional distractions like parents and other cameras can undermine our efforts. This will help us stay on schedule and capture the best pictures for you! Don't forget to drop off your dancer with their costume already on. Thank you for helping us capture the best pictures possible!

At the moment, you can only order digital prints.

Yes, pre-registration is required. If you'd like to participate in the group shot without purchasing pictures, please make sure to register online before picture day. This service is provided free of charge.
