Adaptive ballet is a specialized form of ballet training that is tailored to meet the needs of individuals with physical disabilities or special needs. It aims to make ballet accessible to a wide range of people and provides an inclusive environment where everyone can experience the benefits and joy of dance. Class can help improve physical strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, and overall motor skills.
Aerial ballet incorporates the aerial silks into choreography allowing dancers to explore space in alternative three-dimensional planes. Integrating vertical and horizontal movement patterns into choreography allows us to explore movement vocabulary otherwise unavailable to dancers. This class builds strength, power, flexibility, courage, and grace in a non-competitive, exploratory environment.
